We’re excited to introduce Quality Assessment (QA) Templates in EasySLR. These templates help teams standardize, streamline, and improve the consistency of methodological quality assessments across studies.

What’s New?

Predefined QA Templates

You can now access a set of commonly used Quality Assessment templates directly within the Data Extraction settings. These templates help reviewers quickly apply structured QA criteria without manually creating forms from scratch.

Customisable Templates

Easily modify the existing templates or build your own by adding, removing, or editing fields. This ensures the QA form matches your project’s methodology and review requirements.

Integrated Into the Data Extraction Workflow

QA templates are now part of the extraction form builder, allowing you to:

• Enable QA alongside data extraction

• Ensure reviewers complete assessments consistently

• Capture QA responses within the same workflow for easy reporting

Consistent & Standardized Reviews

Using templates reduces variability across reviewers and ensures alignment with widely accepted assessment frameworks. This is especially useful for multi-reviewer projects and large-scale evidence synthesis work.
