We’ve improved the Excel upload experience for Data Extraction forms to give users more control and prevent accidental overwrites.

Previously, uploading a new Excel file would automatically replace the existing Data Extraction form. With this update, the platform now prompts users to choose how they want to proceed.

While uploading a Data Extraction form, users will now be explicitly asked to:

“Add to existing sheets” or “Replace all existing sheets”

This improvement helps preserve existing work, reduces the risk of data loss, and offers greater flexibility when updating or expanding Data Extraction templates.
