A new version of the Excel template for offline uploads is now available, designed to make offline workflows faster, more reliable, and easier to use, especially for teams working with large datasets or distributed reviewers.

What’s improved

• Case-insensitive Decision and Reason fields
  Decisions and reasons no longer require strict formatting. This reduces validation errors, speeds up data preparation, and minimises rework during uploads.

• Automatic Stage mapping
  Stages are now automatically recognised and mapped by the platform based on the decisions, reducing manual configuration and preventing common upload errors related to incorrect or inconsistent stage names.

• Support for AI decisions in offline uploads
  AI  decisions can now be included directly in the offline Excel file, allowing teams to upload AI outcomes alongside reviewer decisions.
