A new project-level setting has been added that allows project owners and lead reviewers to control whether users with the reviewer role can resolve decision conflicts, without requiring any intervention from a lead reviewer or project owner.
When enabled, this option gives the control to resolve conflicts, helping teams move faster while maintaining review accuracy. Project owners can control whether this access should be enabled or disabled, ensuring flexibility based on the project’s governance needs.

Why this is important
Reduces dependency on lead reviewers for every conflict
Speeds up conflict resolution and overall project timelines
Encourages reviewer collaboration and accountability
Provides project owners with control over conflict-resolution permissions
This setting is especially useful for experienced review teams or large projects where minimising bottlenecks is critical, while still allowing stricter oversight when required.
