We’ve added a convenient new option to make managing your full-text files easier — Download PDFs as Folders.

With this update, you can now download all PDFs from your project organized neatly into folders based on RefIDs, making it simple to share files offline.

• Go to your Full-Text or Data Extraction stage.

• Click Download PDFs.

• Select Download as Folders.

• The system automatically organizes your PDFs into structured folders for easier file management.
