We’re excited to introduce Multi-Row Data Extraction, a powerful improvement designed to make complex data extraction faster, clearer, and more structured especially when dealing with studies that report multiple outcomes, timepoints, subgroups, or measurement types.
This new capability helps reviewers extract detailed information across multiple rows for each study, ensuring precision and flexibility throughout the Data Extraction workflow.
What’s New?
Multi-Row Support for Complex Data
You can now extract multiple lines of data under the same field set, perfect for outcomes reported at different time intervals, multiple interventions, comparator groups, or subgroup analyses.
Dynamic Table Generation
Based on your selections (Outcome, Intervention, Subgroup, Outcome Type, etc.), EasySLR automatically creates structured tables according to your extraction needs.
Faster Data Entry Workflow
Quickly extract information into the generated table, move to the next combination, or populate all combinations at once using the Select All option.
Cleaner, Organised Study-Level Data
Each row is stored cleanly within the data extraction structure, making downstream reporting and synthesis more efficient.
How It Works
Set Up Your Data Extraction Table> Ensure your extraction form fields are configured.
Choose Your Combination> Select relevant parameters (e.g., Outcome, Timepoint, Intervention Type, etc.).
Auto-Generate the Table> The tool instantly creates a row-based table matching your selections.
Enter Data Across Multiple Rows> Add as many rows as needed for each study, depending on how many results the study reports.
Move Between Combinations> Select a new combination to generate the next table or use Select All to generate everything in one go.
