We’ve introduced a new enhancement that allows teams to carry the final Mini Data Extraction (Mini DE) values from the Title–Abstract stage into the Full-Text screening stage.
This helps reviewers avoid re-entering information that has already been captured during Title–Abstract screening and ensures that the extracted data remains available during screening.
What’s New?
The final Mini DE values at Title–Abstract screening can now automatically be copied to the Full-Text screening.

This is particularly useful when all or some fields will be same at both screening stages.
Key Benefits
Avoid duplicate data entry: Reviewers do not need to manually re-enter information already captured during Title–Abstract screening.
Carry forward existing data: Final Mini DE values remain available when the article moves to Full-Text screening.
Maintain continuity: Teams can continue working with the information collected during the Title–Abstract screening stage.
Save reviewer time: Reduces repetitive data entry, particularly across large review projects.
Support downstream extraction: Early study characteristics can be carried forward and used as a starting point during Full-Text review.
How It Works
When the Mini DE form is copied from Title–Abstract to Full-Text, the final values recorded for the Mini DE fields are carried forward to the Full-Text stage.

Reviewers can then review the existing values, and continue with the Full-Text screening workflow. Additional fields can also be added at the Full-Text stage when required. AI can also be run
This enhancement provides a more connected Mini Data Extraction workflow across screening stages and helps teams build on information already collected rather than repeating the same work.
