We’ve updated project settings to allow Project Owners and Lead Reviewers to decide whether users with the Reviewer role can resolve decision conflicts. When this option is enabled, reviewers can access the conflicts and resolve without waiting for intervention from a lead reviewer. This gives teams more flexibility, speeds up reviews, and keeps conflict resolution transparent while still allowing owners to maintain control over permissions.
What’s New
A new project setting allows Project Owners and Lead Reviewers to enable or disable conflict resolution access for Reviewers
When enabled, Reviewers can view and resolve conflicts directly without waiting for Lead Reviewer intervention
When disabled, conflict resolution remains restricted to Lead Reviewers and Owners, as before
This enhancement helps teams:
Speed up the screening process by reducing bottlenecks
Distribute workload more efficiently across reviewers
Maintain transparency in conflict resolution
Retain control over permissions, as the feature is fully configurable by Project Owners and Lead Reviewers
This update supports flexible review workflows while ensuring that decision authority remains clearly defined.
