AI credit limits can now be configured at both the organisation and project levels, providing  greater control over AI usage and costs across the organisation. This functionality is currently not available with the project owners, users will have to request the EasySLR team for the same.

What’s new

• Organisation-level AI credit limits
  Organisation owners can define a total AI credit allowance for each stage of the screening and data extraction for the entire organisation, ensuring usage stays within budget across all projects.

• Project-level AI credit limits
  Project owners can set AI credit limits for individual projects, allowing controlled and predictable AI usage based on project scope and priority.

• Applies to screening and data extraction
  The configured AI credit limits apply to both screening stages (TiAB and Full Text) as well as data extraction, ensuring consistent control across all AI-powered workflows.

• Real-time enforcement
  AI tasks automatically respect the defined limits. When a limit is reached, further AI runs are restricted until credits are adjusted.

• Clear visibility
  Users can easily view available and consumed AI credits at both the organization and project levels, improving transparency and planning.
